PARDIS BAHA’s practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters, with a primary focus on energy, mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including energy, insurance, and cosmetic retail.
In addition to her transactional practice, Pardis has provided pro bono services to clients with regard to various matters, including expunction and nondisclosure proceedings.
Pardis obtained her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to attending law school, she graduated with a degree in actuarial science and worked as a senior actuarial pension analyst at a top consulting firm where she evaluated retirement pension plans and performed nondiscrimination testing of executive plans. Pardis currently enjoys motorcycle track racing and was a competitive figure skater for 12 years.
