CELINE ANG focuses her practice on complex corporate transactions and matters for clients across a variety of industries including consumer products and the technology sector. She works on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
Celine participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, working at the ACLU of Southern California in the Immigrants’ Rights division. During law school, she served as a senior editor on the Southern California Law Review and as a Legal Writing Fellow. She also advocated for fair trial monitoring and assisted with refugee and asylum matters as a student attorney in the USC International Human Rights Clinic.
Prior to law school, Celine worked as a paralegal in employment-based immigration, specializing in petitions by multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, aerospace manufacturing, renewable energy, and other industries. Celine was also a Fulbright Scholar in Casablanca, Morocco.
