Sidley represented Arsenal Capital Partners (“Arsenal”), a private equity firm specializing in building industrial growth and healthcare companies, on the sale of its portfolio company, Applied Products, Inc. (“APPLIED Adhesives”), to Bertram Capital. APPLIED Adhesives is a comprehensive provider of adhesive solutions for the packaging, product assembly, paper converting, and automotive markets and serves as a critical supply chain partner to leading adhesive manufacturers and formulators. Arsenal completed its initial investment in APPLIED Adhesives in 2021 and grew APPLIED Adhesives over the last four years through 17 strategic acquisitions.
