Sidley Represents Castle Creek Capital in IPO of Northpointe Bank

Sidley is representing Castle Creek Capital as a selling shareholder in connection with Northpointe Bancshares, Inc.’s initial public offering of 10,420,000 shares of its voting common stock at a price to the public of US$14.50 per share. Underwriters have the option within 30 days to purchase an additional 2,574 shares from the company and a further 1,560,426 shares from the selling shareholders. The company will be traded under the symbol “NPB” on the New York Stock Exchange.
