Sidley represented Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, in its agreement to provide a US$200 million strategic growth investment to TeleGuam Holdings, LLC (“GTA”). Huntsman Family Investments and its affiliates (“HFI”) will continue to be the majority owner of GTA and operate the asset. GTA is a leading digital infrastructure provider of broadband, wireless, data center, and subsea cable landing services.
