Sidley is representing The Prudential Insurance Company of America in connection with the pending sale of its 70% interest in the Malaysian life insurer Gibraltar BSN Life Bhd to FWD Group Holdings Ltd. and other investors. Hong Kong-based FWD is a pan-Asian life insurance business operating across Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, Malaysia, and Cambodia.
