Sidley represented Tenyx, an intelligent, voice-based conversational agent for customer service automation software startup, on its US$15 million seed round with participation from AME Cloud Ventures, Cota Capital, Morado Ventures, Pathbreaker Ventures, Point72 Ventures, and StageOne Ventures.
The Sidley team was led by Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, Tax) and included Alina Azizian and Shaika Ahmed (also Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) and Rachelle Soderstrom (Technology and Life Sciences Transactions).
