Sidley represented client Navigator Global Investments Limited (ASX:NGI) in its purchase of a passive strategic ownership interest (a “GP Stake”) in Marble Capital, LP. The transaction diversifies Navigator’s strategic investment portfolio by adding a new investment strategy and provides an attractive earnings profile for Navigator shareholders. The transaction is expected to close in late April 2022.
