Sidley represented Stone Point Capital (Stone Point) in its sale of Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, LLC (KV) to Truist Insurance Holdings, Inc. (Truist). KV, founded in 2002, is one of the largest full-service national title insurance and settlement agencies in the U.S. Truist, the sixth-largest insurance broker in the U.S. and seventh-largest in the world, is a subsidiary of Truist Financial Corporation (NYSE: TFC). Stone Point is a private equity firm investing in businesses within the global financial services industry.
