Sidley represented Veev, a building technology company that offers an automated, panelized building process, in the completion of an up to US$400 million financing round, for nearly US$600 million to date in total funding. The latest round brings Veev to “unicorn” status, and was led by Bond with additional participation by LenX, Zeev Ventures, Fifth Wall Climate Tech, and JLL Spark Global Ventures. The company is working in collaboration with local and national organizations to expand its footprint in California and nationwide, and recently completed a 102-home community in Northern California.
The Sidley team was led by partners Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, Tax) and Andrew Harper (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), and included corporate associates Jake Funk and Daniel Sieradzki.
