Sidley has represented certain funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management on the successful launch of a 50:50 joint venture with illimity Bank S.p.A., aimed at investing up to €500 million in NPL and UTP loans secured by real estate assets in Italy.
The Sidley team was led by Finance partner Emilie Stewart and Private Equity partner Paul Dunbar; supported by senior managing associate Jonathon Hamill and associate Arjun Sehgal (Private Equity); and Oliver Currall and Steve Quinn (Tax).
