Sidley partners Tacy Flint, Jaime Jones, and Amanda Todd have been named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2024 list of “Notable Women in Law.” The list profiles Chicago women lawyers who – in addition to maintaining significant legal practices – “serve as mentors and guiding lights for other women in their firms and bring their expertise to their communities and nonprofits outside the office.”
Tacy is a premier appellate litigator whose practice spans a wide range of legal issues, including antitrust, contract disputes, consumer class actions, ERISA, federal preemption, securities laws, and the First Amendment. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Adler Planetarium and the Board of Trustees for the NALP Foundation.
Jaime is global co-leader of the firm’s Healthcare practice and a member of the Global Life Sciences Leadership Council. She defends healthcare and life sciences companies in government investigations, enforcement actions, and False Claims Act litigation. Jaime is a director of Legal Aid Chicago and of World Business Chicago.
Amanda is a co-leader of Sidley’s global Insurance practice and head of the firm’s Financial Institutions group in Chicago and Miami. She focuses her practice on the insurance industry and represents insurance companies and financial institutions in a wide variety of insurance industry matters, including M&A, reinsurance transactions, corporate finance and capital markets, and corporate governance.
