Washington, D.C. – Sidley is pleased to announce that Jennifer Saulino has joined the firm’s Product Liability and Commercial Litigation group as a partner in Washington, D.C. She joins Sidley from Covington & Burling LLP, where she was a partner in its Litigation and Investigations Group.
As a preeminent trial lawyer, Ms. Saulino focuses on product liability and commercial litigation and has led a wide variety of high-profile trial matters representing large pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, REITs, and property developers. She is recognized as a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and is ranked by Chambers USA in General Commercial Litigation (DC) and White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations (DC).
Ms. Saulino served for nearly seven years as a prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Criminal Division, Fraud Section, where she held a number of positions, including Assistant Chief of the Section. During her time at the DOJ, she led trial teams as first chair in some of the Fraud Section’s most complex trials.
