The 2024 Chambers Global Practice Guide for International Trade is available now, covering the latest information on World Trade Organization (WTO) membership, plurilateral agreements, free trade agreements, authorities governing customs, sanctions, export controls, anti-dumping and countervailing (AD/CVD) duties and safeguard measures, subsidy and incentive programs for domestic production, and intellectual property protections affecting trade, including for geographical protections, in the following jurisdictions: Australia, the European Union (with separate chapters on Belgium and Sweden), India, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, and the United States. The guide can be viewed below.
