Yunzhou Wang

YUNZHOU WANG is a staff attorney advising clients on a wide range of securities regulatory, compliance, enforcement, and transactional matters, with a focus on disclosure requirements under Sections 13 and 16 of the Exchange Act.

Yunzhou received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He received both a J.M. and a B.S. in biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and was an honors college graduate.
