Biography
TANYA INDISOVA focuses her practice on cross-border private equity mergers and acquisitions and growth equity investments. She has advised on a broad range of complex transactions throughout the investment cycle, including buyouts, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, co-investments, and growth and minority investments across Europe. Tanya’s experience spans various industries, including fintech and payment services, banking, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, gaming, and manufacturing.
Named by Law.com International to their 2024 list of “Private Equity Rising Stars: The Best Up-and-Coming Lawyers in the UK and Europe.” The annual “Rising Stars” list honors lawyers under the age of 40 who have done exceptional work within the broader private equity sphere.
Prior to joining Sidley, Tanya was a member of the corporate team at another international U.S. law firm.

Recent examples of Tanya’s work include advising:
- Apollo-managed funds and affiliates in connection with the launch of TenFifty Capital, a new European-focused commercial real estate lending platform.
- Apollo-managed funds in their acquisition of a majority stake in Kelvion, a leading global provider of energy-efficient heat exchange and cooling solutions, from funds advised by Triton Partners.
- Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and their portfolio companies’ numerous transactions, including in:
- the acquisition of The Travel Corporation;
- the acquisition of the Terminals, Solutions & Services (TSS) business line (also known as Ingenico), a global payment terminal business, from Worldline;
- the sale of Slovenia’s leading bank, Nova KBM d.d. to OTP Bank;
- the acquisition of Covis Pharma B.V., a global specialty pharmaceutical company, from funds managed by Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and subsequent add-on acquisitions and financial recapitalization transaction; and
- the sale of a Spanish digital bank to a strategic buyer;
- A global private equity sponsor in its €1.8 billion investment in the fixed broadband infrastructure joint venture with a leading incumbent provider of fiber infrastructure in Italy and related co-invest arrangements;
- A global growth equity investor and its portfolio companies in:
- the investment in an independent merchant acquirer based in Colombia;
- the investment in a leading Brazilian neo-bank; and
- the investment in a Brazilian online education platform and related add-on transactions;
- A U.S. private equity sponsor in its acquisition of a global clinical business;
- A global private equity sponsor in its strategic minority investment in a Sweden-based international credit market company.
