JENNIFER GREENBERG focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jen gained experience as a paralegal at two New York law firms.
Jen graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and a recipient of the “Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award” with magna cum laude distinction for completing over 500 pro bono hours. She also served as an editor of Fordham Law Review. Jen received her B.S. in human development from Cornell University.
