ROBERT L. BOYD is counsel in the firm’s New York Real Estate group. Mr. Boyd’s practice focuses on all areas of real estate finance representing lenders and borrowers on commercial mortgage financings, mezzanine financings, “warehouse” credit facilities (including repurchase arrangements), secured and unsecured credit facilities, and construction loans as well as work-outs and restructurings. Mr. Boyd’s lending practice frequently involves loans being securitized and structured finance transactions (including an emphasis on the representation of buyers and sellers of junior participations, “B” notes and preferred equity interests in mortgage and mezzanine financings). He also represents purchasers and sellers of office, hotel, retail and multi-family properties across the United States and represents landlords and tenants on office and retail lease transactions.
