DANIEL ATCHUE advises clients on a wide range of securities regulatory, compliance, enforcement, and transactional matters, with a focus on disclosure requirements under Sections 13 and 16 of the Securities Exchange Act.
Daniel received his law degree, cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law, where he served as an Associate Executive Editor of the American University International Law Review and counseled clients as a student attorney in the law school’s Community, Economic & Equity Development Law Clinic. He graduated with degrees in political science and health policy & management from Providence College.
Prior to joining Sidley, Daniel worked as a summer law clerk at the United States Office of Special Counsel and as a judicial intern for both the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
