Sidley Represents Stonepeak in Its Launch and US$1.5 Billion Capital Commitment in Montera Infrastructure

Sidley is representing Stonepeak in its launch and US$1.5 billion equity commitment to Montera Infrastructure, a North American-based company focused on developing data centers to support the high-growth area of cloud computing and AI. This transaction marks Stonepeak’s fourth North American data center investment.

The Sidley team is being led by Tim Chandler and Sam Seley (Private Equity and Energy and Infrastructure), and includes Chanse Barnes and Ayo Adaranijo (Energy and Infrastructure); Terri Reuter (Labor and Employment), and Eric Winwood (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation).
