Sidley represented Precisely, a provider of cloud-based data integrity solutions, in its acquisition of DTS Software. DTS offers an integrated suite of software solutions for enterprise storage management, enabling organizations to manage, automate, and optimize their data storage infrastructures. The acquisition adds to Precisely’s portfolio of mainframe solutions for business-critical IT systems and will support existing IBM mainframe operations for enterprise data.
