(“Wafra”), Signal Rail Holdings LLC, a joint venture between certain funds managed or advised by Wafra and Trinity Industries Leasing Company, and Signal Rail I LLC (the “Issuer”), in connection with the Issuer’s US$125.36 million Series 2024-1 Secured Railcar Equipment Notes, which closed on May 22, 2024.
