Following regulatory reviews and approvals, this significant transaction was completed on January 31, 2025, establishing a new global leader in sustainable packaging and has resulted in a unique geographic footprint and an unparalleled suite of sustainable packaging products and services, positioning the combined entity at the forefront of the industry.
