In a deal that highlights the firm’s healthcare transactional capabilities, Sidley represented Triyam and its parent company Estelio Partners in Triyam’s acquisition by Access Information Management, an integrated information management services provider. The deal will accelerate Access’ entry into the electronic health records and archival records markets. Triyam is a software business that provides expert data management solutions for healthcare organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and provider networks.
