Sidley represented Pocket FM in its US$103 million Series D funding round led by Lightspeed with participation from StepStone Group. Pocket FM, a leading India-based audio entertainment platform pioneering the audio series category, will use the new funding to strengthen its push into the U.S. market and also support global expansion as the company plans to expand into Europe and LATAM markets in 2024.
