Sidley is representing publicly traded American International Group (AIG), a leading global insurance organization, in the sale of Crop Risk Services (CRS) to publicly traded American Financial Group (AFG).
CRS is one of the largest providers of multi-peril crop insurance in the U.S. Under the terms of the transaction, AFG will pay AIG approximately US$240 million, subject to certain closing adjustments.
