Sidley represented insurtech company Zywave, Inc., backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and Aurora Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Columbus, Ohio-based Strategic Insurance Software (SIS), a provider of web-based agency management systems and customer relationship management solutions for property and casualty insurance agencies. The addition of SIS rounds out Zywave’s portfolio of agency management system solutions for employee benefits, commercial, and personal lines.
