The San Diego Business Journal has named Cindy M. Lovering and Jon A. Olsen to its “Leaders of Influence in Law 2024” list, which celebrates the contributions of influential legal professionals in the region.
Cindy focuses her practice on representing lenders and agents on fund finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral subscription line facilities, hybrid and net asset value credit facilities, management company lines, GP facilities, and investor level financings. She also advises lenders and borrowers on growth stage life science and technology financings and middle-market financings.
Jon regularly advises large multinationals, as well as emerging companies in the technology and life sciences industries in their strategic acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. In addition to providing strategic counseling to his clients, his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, debt financings, and corporate governance.
