A partner in Sidley’s New York office, Eno focuses her practice on securitization, with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (“CRE CLOs”) and public and private commercial mortgage-backed securities (“CMBS”). She has advised sponsors, issuers, collateral managers, special servicers, and placement agents with respect to both managed and static CRE CLO securitizations. In connection with CMBS securitizations, Eno has advised issuers, underwriters, and loan sellers in multiple conduit and single-asset, single-borrower CMBS securitizations. Additionally, Eno represents lenders in connection with pari passu and A/B mortgage loan intercreditor and participation agreements, as well as purchasers and sellers of commercial mortgage loans.
