Five Sidley lawyers contributed to the 21st edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Merger Control 2025, a book recently published by Global Legal Group Ltd., London. The book provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with comprehensive legal analysis of the merger control laws and regulations in 33 jurisdictions around the world. Jim Lowe and Edward Sharon (both in Washington, D.C.) wrote the USA chapter, and Ken Daly, Iva Todorova (both in Brussels), and Stephen Spinks (Sidley alumnus) wrote the European Union chapter.
