ESTHER CRANG’s main area of focus is advising on debt finance transactions with clients, including private equity sponsors, corporations, investment banks, and credit funds.

Esther trained and qualified as a solicitor in Sidley’s office in London and has also spent time on client secondment and at another international law firm.

• TowerBrook and Bridgepoint Portfolio Company ACPS Automotive on successful debt refinancing.
• Great Hill Partners on its pending strategic majority investment in a newly formed organisation comprising Vivup, a leading provider of health and well-being benefits, and Perkbox, an award-winning global benefits and reward platform, which will combine to offer a market-leading solution for the UK’s public and private employee benefits sectors.
• Atento in its successful UK restructuring plans.
• Gamma Biosciences, a life sciences platform created by KKR, in its divestiture of Univercells Technologies, a provider of novel biomanufacturing technologies.
• Recharge Industries, a portfolio company of Scale Facilitation, on its acquisition of Britishvolt Limited.
• Blackstone Special Opportunities Fund in connection with a financing of an independent rights management and music publishing company.
• Travelex on its financial and operational restructuring.
• TowerBrook Capital Partners on the acquisition of the Azzurri Group.
