ANDREW YODIS focuses his practice on securities regulatory matters. Andrew has worked with broker-dealers on investigations and enforcement actions brought by SEC, FINRA and state regulators. He also counsels firms on compliance with various regulatory obligations. Andrew is a member of Sidley’s global Securities Enforcement and Regulatory practice, which received the 2019 Chambers USA Award for Financial Services Regulation, and was named the “Law Firm of the Year” for Securities Regulation in 2020 and 2017 by U.S. News – Best Lawyers.
Prior to joining Sidley, Andrew earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. While attending law school, Andrew was a supervising editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation and conducted research with Profess Laurence Tribe. Andrew also was a student prosecutor in the Brighton District Court where he handled prosecuting various criminal matters. Prior to attending law school, Andrew worked with children with mental health issues both in hospital and community settings.
