EVAN TURCOTTE focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including land use and zoning, annexations and other entitlements. He also provides counsel on municipal law and governmental ethics.
Evan graduated summa cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was valedictorian of his class and elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as an executive articles editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, Evan earned his B.A. in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
