STEPHEN SPECTOR represents and advises clients in high-stakes litigation. His experience covers all aspects of a case—from dispositive motions and discovery to trial preparation and appeal. He has appeared in state and federal court, represented clients before regulatory agencies, conducted internal investigations, and drafted certiorari petitions and merits briefs at the United States Supreme Court.
Previously, Stephen clerked for the Honorable Thomas M. Durkin of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Stephen graduated cum laude from the University of Chicago Law School. While in law school, he earned The Thomas Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy and served as President of the Hinton Moot Court Board.
Before law school, Stephen served as a spokesperson at The White House under the Obama Administration. He also worked at the U.S. Department of Education and for the Mayor of Chicago.
