PHILLIP SHAVERDIAN focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes with experience in a variety of matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, consumer protection and antitrust investigations, M&A disputes, securities class actions, and shareholder disputes.
Before joining the firm, Phillip clerked for the Honorable Karen Gren Scholer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to his clerkship, he held a two-year fellowship at an appellate firm in Los Angeles, California where he prepared briefs in federal and state appellate courts and successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal.
Phillip earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he served as a managing editor of the UCLA Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude and with College Honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
