ADAM NELSON regularly represents private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions in a wide variety of finance transactions, including acquisition financing, asset-based financing (including ABLs and securitizations), cash-flow based financing, investment-grade lending, mezzanine financing, subscription and NAV financings, and subordinated debt financing. Additionally, he has counseled clients in a variety of debt restructurings and other capital structure-optimizing activities. Adam regularly advises clients on working capital arrangements, debt compliance matters, and corporate governance matters.
Adam’s engagements have ranged across a wide array of industries, including energy, financial services and payment systems, healthcare (including corporate practice of medicine, dentistry, optometry, and veterinary businesses) and life sciences, heavy industrials, infrastructure, insurance, logistics, manufacturing, media, pharmaceutical, retail, shipping, technology and technology services, and telecommunications.
Adam earned his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
