JONATHAN MITNICK focuses his practice on representing debtors, lenders, insurers, and sponsors in complex chapter 11 cases and proceedings, including prepackaged cases, 363 asset sales, mass tort bankruptcy cases, and fraudulent transfer litigation. He also has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, including strategic internal restructurings and sale transactions designed to divest legacy liabilities, and advising borrowers and lenders in connection with complex financing transactions, including secured credit facilities, structurally senior credit facilities, and back-leveraged loans.
Jonathan served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Christopher S. Sontchi (Ret.) of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, and for Judge Martin Glenn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
