TRAVIS MILLER focuses his practice on complex strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as corporate governance and securities compliance matters. Travis has assisted clients in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, FinTech, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, technology and software and industrials. He regularly advises clients in connection with divestitures, business separations and other carve-out transactions.
Travis also maintains an active pro bono practice, where, among other things, he assists veterans seeking Combat Related Special Compensation.
Travis earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Michigan Law Review and awarded the “Jack C. Radcliffe, Jr. Award.” He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University-Idaho, where he was valedictorian of the Humanities and Philosophy department.
