OGE MADUIKE focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, government enforcement actions, and high-stakes investigations. She has experience conducting civil and criminal investigations, navigating discovery, and drafting motions for clients at various stages of litigation. Oge also maintains an active pro bono practice, where she assists her clients on a range of matters involving constitutional law, immigration law, and other civil rights issues.
Oge rejoined the firm after serving as a clerk for the Honorable Solomon Oliver, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Oge also participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship program, where she supported trial and appellate teams at the NAACP Legal Defense & Education Fund. During law school, Oge served as the notes editor of the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy, as well as an executive board member of the Black Law Students Association. She also participated in the Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic, where she briefed civil rights cases before the federal courts of appeals and the Supreme Court.
