• Represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent in a multi-currency US$2.5 billion revolving credit facility for TechnipFMC plc.
• Represented Toronto Dominion (Texas) LLC as administrative agent in a US$2 billion term loan credit facility for Energy Transfer Operating, L.P. 
• Represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent in a US$2 billion reserve-based credit facility for Southwestern Energy Company and a related US$550 million secured term loan “B” credit facility.

• Represented a major U.S. bank as administrative agent in a US$500 million term loan “B” credit facility for the acquisition of a green waste company by a privately held Sponsor.
• Represented AB Private Credit Investors LLC as administrative agent in a US$320 million secured term loan credit facility for Nine Point Energy, LLC.
• Represented a major U.S. bank in a US$310 million reserve-based credit facility for a privately held borrower based in the Delaware Basin
• Represented a major U.S. bank in a US$250 million reserve-based credit facility for a privately held borrower based primarily in the Marcellus Shale
• Represented an alternative investment manager as administrative agent and sustainability structuring agent in a US$160 million sustainability-linked term loan credit facility for a borrower based in the Piceance Basin.
• Represented a clean energy private lender in a US$140 million secured holdco loan for a solar energy provider.
