CINDY LOVERING focuses her practice on representing lenders and agents on fund finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral subscription line facilities, hybrid and net asset value credit facilities, management company lines, GP facilities, and investor level financings. She also regularly advises lenders and borrowers on growth stage life science and technology financings and middle-market financings. Cindy has extensive experience advising on complex deal structures, cross-border transactions, and investor documentation issues, and is one of few attorneys in the fund finance industry with experience successfully enforcing a lender’s right to call capital and receive capital contributions under a subscription line facility.
