MADELEINE LAROCK focuses her practice on complex business transactions, including M&A and private equity investments, as well as corporate governance and securities compliance matters.
Madeleine earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago. While in law school, she served as the presiding barrister of the Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Honors Board and was a lead articles editor for UIC Law Review. Madeleine earned her B.S. in health information management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
Prior to joining Sidley, Madeleine was a Graduate Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow at the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission.
