GEORGE KRUG is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office and a member of its Corporate group. His practice focuses on the areas of M&A, private equity, and corporate governance matters.
George received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, George served as a notes & comments editor for the Indiana Law Journal. George earned his B.A. in Economics and English from the University of Notre Dame.
Prior to joining Sidley, George was a Graduate Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
