NICOLE KOSHEVATSKIY focuses her practice on regulatory and compliance issues for a wide variety of life sciences and healthcare companies.
She helps clients navigate fraud and abuse risks under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (EKRA), and the Stark Law. Nicole advises clients on complex issues involving Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement, government price reporting for pharmaceutical products, and obligations under the Sunshine Act and analogous state transparency laws.
She also has experience conducting regulatory due diligence for major life sciences transactions and developing and reviewing healthcare compliance programs.
