Biography
CHLOE KAUFMAN focuses her practice on representing emerging and high growth companies, venture capital investors and private equity firms. Chloe advises emerging companies through all stages of the corporate lifecycle, including formation and fundraising, day-to-day corporate governance, strategic transactions and exits. She also regularly represents venture capital funds and strategic investors in financing and restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Chloe worked as an associate at another global law firm in New York.
Chloe received her law degree from New York University School of Law, where she served as the chair of the Art Law Society.
