JOSHUA JORGENSEN focuses his practice on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance, and corporate governance issues in connection with the insurance and financial services industry.
Joshua received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Joshua served as an editor of the Columbia Journal of European Law, a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team, an intern for a U.S. District Judge in the Eastern District of New York, and as a research and teaching assistant to Dr. Elizabeth Emens and Professor Frederick Davis.
Prior to joining Sidley, Joshua worked at the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, Scotland and the Disability Help Center in San Diego, California.
