PARKER JOHNSON focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, representing public and private companies across industries in corporate and transactional matters, including public and private acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
Prior to joining Sidley, Parker earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he was a James S and Dr. Cynthia L. Rowe Scholar. While in law school, he served as a content editor for the Duke Law & Technology Review and as a student attorney for the Start-Up Ventures Clinic, where he provided services to early-stage technology companies. Parker was also awarded the “Dean’s Award” for earning the highest grade in the Startup Law course. He received his Bachelor of Science in finance, cum laude, from Brigham Young University.
