GERMAINE GURR advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities offerings, capital raising opportunities, joint venture and commercial transactions, and general corporate matters. Germaine has extensive experience in the energy industry, as well as in the infrastructure, software, chemical, food, industrial and facility-related services, and telecommunications sectors.
Having previously served as vice president and deputy general counsel of a global Fortune 500 energy management and automation company, where she was responsible for and managed the company’s corporate transactions and corporate governance matters, Germaine’s clients significantly benefit from her in-house experience and understanding.
