TANNER GROCE advises clients on a variety of capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate and securities law matters. He represents both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, and he advises clients regarding corporate governance and Exchange Act reporting matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Tanner earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was selected as a member of the Order of the Coif. While attending law school he interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and he was also a member of the Oil & Gas, Natural Resources & Energy Journal. Tanner earned his B.B.A. in Finance and Political Science from Texas Christian University.
