GABRIELLE FELICIANI focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. This includes counseling clients on fraud and abuse issues involving the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, state and federal licensure compliance, healthcare transaction review laws, and internal compliance program assessments.
Gaby also regularly advises healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and private equity sponsors on a wide variety of healthcare regulatory issues that arise during complex transactions, including strategic acquisitions, mergers, corporate restructurings, and other arrangements.
Gaby earned her J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and served as a notes editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy. She also served as a pro bono fellow at the National Women’s Law Center, where she supported the Health Care & Reproductive Rights group. Prior to law school, Gaby received her B.A. from St. John’s College and worked as the legislative director for a Maryland state delegate.
